Crest Whitestrips: A lesser convenience?

I’m watching tv at 5:55 AM and some ads are coming on T.V. I notice this ad about Crest Whitestrips (for your teeth) where they do a typical comparison between Crest and “other brands.” One user wants strips that dissolve because of convenience, whereas a Crest user says it wants results.

With reference to my previous article about convenience, where do we draw the line? Although Crest still sells convenience (instead of brushing after every meal?) it sells so in a lesser amount. Think about it: the convenience that you pay for in a product, does it give you the results you desire? Or the ones they promise? Or is it just product dressing?
